BOOST Workshop
BOOST was designed for dentists who want to get off the production rollercoaster. Now is the time to turn off “auto pilot,” set goals, and create action plans to get there! The purpose of the BOOST program is to work on your business, not in your business. Determine what you want for your life, then design a plan for your business to get you there. Each business plan is completely customized to achieve your specific goals.
We start by teaching the 5th Year of Dental School…all the things you should have learned in dental school about running your own business, but didn’t. Next, we help you create your current practice model. Over the course of Thursday and Friday, you will hear ideas about what others are doing in their dental practice. At the end of the day on Friday, you will work with a Pinnacle Coach to put together a business plan for three years, and then create an Action Plan to get you there!
Because of the one-on-one coaching afforded at BOOST, we limit attendance to 25. Our Workshop is designed to focus on you and your practice, with the opportunity to work privately with one of our top-notch coaches to discuss challenges, ideas, and opportunities specific to your dental business!

Our Secret Shopper service
answers these questions and more. Our
experienced practice analysts will call your
practice, document their findings, and present
